I made these rings in a woodworking workshop at my school using curled strips of laminate wood. We wound the curls tightly into a ring shape, securing the layers with super glue as we went. Once the glue dried, I sanded the rings to a smooth, rounded finish and applied a final coat of super glue as a sealant for both durability and shine. For the smaller rings, I followed the same process but then carefully cut each one in half, creating two thinner bands from a single laminated form. After that, I spent time sanding the cut edges smooth to ensure they were comfortable to wear and retained a clean, finished look.
